Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to prove that you bought the item from us, we can do nothing without it so KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!

Any faults after the 30 days will require you to use the manufactures warranty which will require you to send the product to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If an item has been used more than once and is returned to us as faulty, we will fully test the item. If it is deemed to be faulty we will offer an exchange or refund for the unit if purchase was made within 30 days.

If the item is deemed not to be faulty, we will return the item to you the customer and will not offer a refund.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We can not exchange/refund E-liquids that have been opened for any reason whatsoever.
